Rev. E. Anthony Sikora
Rev. Sikora is a graduate of Concordia University Ann Arbor with a BA in Biblical Languages.  He graduated from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis in 1999 and was ordained into the Office of the Holy Ministry at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Middleville, Michigan where he served as sole pastor from 1999-2006.  In November of 2006 he was installed as sole pastor at Hope Lutheran Church in DeWitt, Michigan.  In 2014 Rev. Sikora received his doctorate of Ministry with an emphasis in missions and culture from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana. August 2024 marks 25 years since Pastor Sikora’s ordination into the Office of Holy Ministry. 

Nicole Leppala, Music Director
Director of Music, Nicole Leppala as served Hope since 2000 directing the members of Hope in the various musical ensembles:  Ringers of Hope Handbell Ensemble, Adult Mixed Choral Choir, Youth Choir and Handbell ensemble.  During her time as Director of Music, Nicole has served as clinician at various Handbell conferences and workshops.  She has earned a certificate through the Lutheran Musician Enrichment courses that were offered by the LCMS and regularly attends the many music and theology conferences offered through the LCMS.  Nicole has the privilege to work on the children's Christmas and Spring Music programs at Holt Lutheran Elementary in Holt, MI as well as teach Kindergarten through 8th grade teaching in general music, choir and band. From 2014-2020 she served as the Music Director of the Capital City Ringers Handbell Ensemble, Inc. in Lansing, MI and since 2016 is the Music Director, Conductor of the DeWitt Community Concert Band, in DeWitt MI.  An avid musician since childhood Nicole plays the French horn, trumpet and piano.
